His technical proficiency in hardware and software management enables him to optimize operational efficiency and oversee complex systems with precision. Wes is adept at identifying growth opportunities and forging successful partnerships, and he consistently seeks to expand his knowledge and refine his skills.

Recognized for his ability to cultivate a culture of excellence, Wes is skilled at troubleshooting challenges and driving innovative solutions. Charlene Roberts

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Charlene is an experienced executive with a diverse background across multiple industries. Leading a high-performing team, she consistently exceeds expectations by emphasizing goal orientation, organization, and strategic planning, optimizing processes for operational excellence.

Her professional journey encompasses extensive experience in the legal and government sectors, as well as a background in recruitment. Notably, she successfully worked with youth, facilitating their entry into the job market and providing them with valuable skills.

Originally from South Africa, Charlene found a new sense of happiness in Utah. Beyond her professional commitments, she values quality time with her family, including fur-babies. Whether embarking on new adventures or relishing simple joys like watching a movie in her favorite chair, Charlene finds fulfillment in life's moments.

Justin Preece

SALES CONSULTANT

Justin has been in warehousing and logistics for 25 years. He has a vast knowledge of Business Management, Finance and Sales. His experience as a Business Owner, Executive and Leader
brings value to our company as well as our clients.

Justin is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of building sales and service focused teams. He is skilled in Business Planning and Customer Satisfaction and will assist you in retaining your customers. His passion is building relationships and connecting people.

Justin lives in SLC, Utah, married to Lindsay and together they have three children: Connor, Kaitlyn and Bryson. Their family loves to travel and is very passionate about sports.
