BRIEF HISTORY
Founded in late 2019, FlatOut Fulfillment emerged from a vision to redefine the fulfillment industry's standards with a relentless focus on customer service excellence. Initially born from the necessity to bridge the gap between sourcing and delivery for our clients, our journey began when a troubled fulfillment company sought investors. Our owners seized the opportunity, bringing FlatOut Fulfillment to life.

Starting with an 8,000 square foot warehouse in 2019, we swiftly expanded, acquiring a 20,000 square foot facility in Lindon, Utah, in early 2020. By early 2021, driven by our rapid growth, we relocated to our current 42,000 square foot state-of-the-art warehouse, pioneering as its inaugural tenants.

Despite challenges in 2023, including the departure of a significant client seeking in-house operations, we rebounded by welcoming over 20 new accounts. This setback reinforced our foundation, preparing us for future growth and expansion.
